Wanted: Single Wide 3 bd 2ba Mobile Home in Stillwater, Oklahoma For Sale

Wanted:Single-Wide 3bdroom/2bathroom modular home to purchase by OWNER FINANCING. I have good credit,and want an older mobile home, which the bank doesn't loan full amount on and won't loan at all if several years old. I don't have much to give for the down payment, therefore, the bank isn't even an option. I'm making monthly payments on my 3/4 acres land in Stillwater and need a mobile home asap in order to be ready to attend OSU in July. I have received a research scholarship, and have to be there early for my training. I can supply excellent references. I can only afford $200.00 per month because I pay a land payment and insurance.
